This is the most aesthetically pleasing wallet case I could find for the 4A 5g. Pros; It can fit 3 or 4 cards, the cards bend ever so slightly so they are easy to remove and aren’t flush with the case, it’s black, it doesn’t look like China’s try hard plastic rugged dad cases or aliexpress cyber trash, wallet magnets firm and will support the phone indefinitely. Cons; The case is big like a battery case (I suppose it has to be for wallet space but it’s a slight buzzkill), the wallet flap sticks out very slightly on the right side which is really only bothersome while typing like I am, and the fingerprint scanner well is deep. This is because the wallet case protrudes and makes the case thick. I had a few resounding cons, but this being my first wallet case, I really don’t mind it. I’m a 6’ tall man with an average build but think if you’ve got smaller hands, this case might be annoying. The only other case I would currently consider for this phone is from latercase.com. It isn’t a wallet case but it’s made of kevlar and covers the whole camera except the lens holes which are cut out. Sadly saw it after this case but I might get it anyways someday.

I bought this case specifically because I wanted to be able to keep using the magnetic phone stand in my car when I replaced my old phone. So far, the phone hasn’t budged with this case on it. I can also confirm that NFC works just fine through the magnet in the case, so you’re free to touch and go at brick-and-mortar stores and not need to pull out a credit card or touch the machine to make your purchases. I haven’t put any credit cards or anything into the back sleeve yet (not really leaving the house much at the moment thanks to this little global pandemic we have going on), but I’m sure it will be handy to have that whenever "going out" is a thing again.

This is a very solid case. Exterior is hard plastic with a magnetic cover on the back for wallet access. The cover is pretty sturdy out of the box, I think it should last but it certainly is the weakest point of the case. I’d prefer a plastic or metal one like the VRS Design Damda Glide but this is still acceptable. I think even without the cover the wallet would be fine as the holder is well designed and the cards are easy to take out but not likely to fall out. The lip around the screen is around 2mm so you are less likely to have issues from a face down drop. The case is smooth but oddly grippy. I think it has to do with the chunky feeling of the case. Protective, yet the size is just right to feel like you could drop it and not give AF but still on the chunky side but not overly so where you can’t grip it. The button on the side of the case are well done as well. They have a nice, satisfying snap to them and they feel like they will last a long time. My one real beef with the case is the fingerprint sensor hole takes a little getting used to. Nothing crazy, its just a little deeper than what I’m used to having but it is still perfectly fine. Overall this is an excellent case.

I prefer to keep my cards in my phone case, and this case gives me a thin profile without a flap over the screen. It can hold two credit cards and a business card, but it’s tight. The case protects the entire phone and is raised about 2mm around the screen. I’ve already dropped the phone, and the raised lip protects the screen from getting scratched. It as well designed, and the buttons are smooth and satisfying to push. I was a little concerned that the case would obscure the fingerprint sensor, but in fact it seems to guide my finger straight to the sensor in a way that feels very natural. The fact that there is a flap cover over the cards keeps the cards more secure than other phone case models similar to this one. The flap cover over the cards does not really support the weight of the phone though, so it does not really work as a stand like they want. All in all I really like this phone case

This is the absolute best phone case I’ve ever had, going back to my first smartphone cases over a decade ago. It is the perfect combination of features - smooth functioning wallet case, strong magnetic hold for a car holder/ mount, solid bumpers and shock absorption for those of us who drop things a lot. I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking at similar cases for any of those primary features.

Love this case. I’ve had a couple different types of wallet cases than hold 2 to 3 cards and this is by far the best in terms of looks, compactness and usability. Also gives great protection of the phone and seems durable/rugged. One note. If you have already programmed your phone to recognize your fingerprint, you might want to reprogram it with the the case on, especially if you have larger fingers, as the opening for the fingerprint pad is kind of small and the case is a little thicker than normal to account for cards and your normal angle of applying your fingerprint without the case is different than with the case. Highly recommended!
