  1. Best case ever...so far
    Rating
    100%
Bought this case for my son’s new iPhone 7 and it’s as perfect a phone case as we can find. First, my son is a bit of a klutz and he already dropped the phone within the first 10 minutes of getting this case on and his phone was saved. It’s been almost a week now, and so far so good. Another plus is the hidden credit card/money slot. I’ve seen other phone cases with credit card slots that have the card visible and I’m not sure why that’s even a design. It seems like advertisement for people that you’re carrying money/cards on you and it just takes one time to put your phone down by the wrong person for your stuff to be gone and a huge headache to be opened up. Anyways, we love that the card slot is not only hiding cards/cash and he can carry his phone with a few bucks or his debit card and go out with friends without risk of loosing his wallet. We also love that the back can be used as a kickstand for the phone. AND the clincher for me, the entire back of the phone case is magnetic. Let me tell you why that’s important. I’ve recently consolidated to a wallet/phone case so I don’t necessarily have to carry my purse everywhere. Initially, I loved the wallet case I bought but I constantly have to take my phone out of the wallet to put it on the mounted magnet on my car dash. Then when I’m in a hurry, I inadvertently grab my phone and run out the car only to realize I forgot the wallet attachment and have to go back to get it. Once I saw my son put his phone on the magnet on my dash....the heaven’s opened up and angels sang. Ok...it really was that big a deal for me. I can now truly consolidate and carry just driver’s license and a debit card for little things around town when I don’t want to carry a purse AND it doesn’t affect my carrying the phone it the car. I liked my son’s case so much that I ordered myself the exact same thing in gold for my iPhone 7Plus. Really, this case is great for moms who don’t always want to carry a purse and even greater for teenagers (the less things they have to keep up with, the more sane we all are). What would make it perfect???? A glittery case finish.....but then they may have to charge more cuz it would be THE perfect case. :)

  2. Love the case

Pros: Love the case! The best wallet/phone case I’ve ever had. This case is much slimmer compared to the other bulky wallet/cases I’ve had. I got a couple of compliments on it & people were surprised that it also held my cards. So far it can hold 5 cards easily, it’s just a little tougher to get out compared to 4 cards but it’s still very easy. The magnet itself seems sturdy & in good shape. I’ve had the case for 3-4 months & no visible wear or tear. Overall it’s a very nice case & I would highly recommend buy this especially for the cost. Cons: Only slightly down side is that the case gets in the way a bit when I try to plug in the aux cord or my headphones. But you can just move the case a bit or easily pop the phone out yourself to plug in your headphones so it’s really no big deal.

  5. Perfect case for minimalist

I researched numerous wallet phone cases before settling on this one and so far I’m extremely happy with it. I had been leaning towards a Spigen case because I’ve had a good experience with their cases in the past. However I read some negative reviews about the ease of functionality, as well as limited number of cards that fit into their wallet cases. I easily fit 3 cards (2 credit and a DL) along with a coffee punch card. The design of the magnetic fold over is great. Magnet is very strong and holds all positions with no problem. Holding the case with the phone inside feels solid and secure. The cutout for the camera is spacious and and does not crowd the flash. Overall I am very pleased with this case and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it. It’s my favorite iPhone case yet.

  6. Great phone wallet

Great phone wallet. Holds cards in securely and I love that they are concealed, in my last phone wallet a portion of the cards was always visible. I also like the fact that you can use the card cover as a stand to hold your phone at a visible angle. The front of the cover does protrude out a little to protect the screen in case of a drop. The product dimensions listed are for the box it is shipped in and not the product itself. The cover measures 5.5" x 2.75" x 0.625". So it does increase the size of the phone mostly in the depth direction to allow room for the wallet area. I don’t carry a purse so this works perfect for me. It holds 1 card, drivers license, and some cash easily.

  7. Close to Advertised, Good for Value, Satisfied with Purchase.

This is pretty close to as advertised. The colors, the fit, and the Stand up Mode. The product description is a bit off. The actual product dimensions are: 5-5/8" x 2-7/8" x 5/8". I assume that the dimensions that are listed under the product description are of the packaging, and not of the actual product. I am able to put in a maximum of 3 cards: (1) Drivers License, and (2 Credit Cards). There little room for additional things such as cash. Typically I’d only use (1) Drivers License & (1) Credit Card, leaving me some room for some cash. I’d imagine, 3 credit cards would be a little more squished because of the raised number printing. The stand is great because it can be adjusted to make the tilt different. Definitely one of the perks when I’m sitting at lunch trying to read something or watch something. My only complain here is that the case obstructs the use of the flash on the back camera. because of the thickness of the back portion of the case, there is quite a bit of depth where the camera lies. Unfortunately, taking photos with this creates a small glare, or fogginess to photos that are taken with the flash on. I think if they added a chamfer or a bevel to the edges around the camera window, it would greatly improve the design of the product. Outside of those minor comments, I think I got my monies worth in a case. It does feel like it can take a few drops without damaging my phone, and it serves its purpose as a wallet/card holder, and a stand.

  8. Genius design, terrific product.

So awesome. I bought one for my iphone 6 when the cases first came out and it still was working great. I cut the hole for the camera placement on the iphone 7 and it was ok, but i felt i owed it to myself to get a proper replacement for my new phone. So great. the new one is actually better than the perfect one i have had for a couple years. the magnet is stronger, the case is just awesome. I keep 3 cards in and it is perfect. This is by far my favorite phone case. nobody knows it holds any cards. I get compliments from cashiers when i open it to get a card or pull out my ID. the leather has held up to daily use for years. I expect that this one will outlast the iphone 7....

  9. Awesome case with 1 flaw...
    Rating

Overall this case is simply AMAZING! My previous wallet case was a Speck wallet case which served my iPhone 6 well. The problem with that (and most wallet cases) were that they exposed my cards on the back. With this case, my cards are covered and can’t be noticed that it’s a wallet case. Also I was able to fit up to 5 cards, but that seems to be pushing it because the case separates a bit at the corners. Now here is my issue, the case has a deep camera opening. Taking images is no problem, but taking images with FLASH is. All images taken with flash become completely washed out and overexposed. The difference is completely noticeable. However this should only affect night-time or low-light photography/video, all other pictures wouldn’t really require flash. All in all it’s a solid case that I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to a possible case redesign where the flash isn’t affected and then this would be a 5/5 case.

  10. Happy with my purchase.

First off, I feel cheated that I didn’t get this case for free or discounted like most others seem to be getting it... So, from someone that paid regular price: I’m happy with my purchase. I bought this case because Otterbox hasn’t updated their commuter case for the iPhone 7 yet and this looked like the best option available (could fit at least 3 cards with a couple bonus features I didn’t go out of my way to have: magnetic back and built-in stand). I fit 3 cards (one was a thinner ID) and a cash bill folded twice. I tried adding an additional item (fishing license), but I had to fold that twice and that caused too much bulging. The card space is recessed and it sits in something like a rubber pocket, so it can flex as cards are added. The cover snaps very assertively over the card holder, which is great for keeping cards safe - I’m not worried about losing them at all. Of course, it might hold them too well as I struggle a little bit to get the cards/cash out over the recess (they don’t just smoothly slide out - especially anything below the top card). The magnetic feature also means I can attach this to my vent magnet in my car without having to add a metal pad to my case. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way for this feature, but no complaints that it’s part of the package. The stand feature doesn’t really have as many angles as it claims to - the phone is just too heavy to have it at the smaller (closer to laying flat) angles. The upright most angle (closer to standing on its side) is very stable. I haven’t had any major drops yet (give it time...) so can’t speak to durability other than it seems like it should hold up pretty decently. I added a glass screen protector which of course means the protective edge around the front of the case doesn’t stand out as far from the first glass surface (being my screen protector). Of course ideally, the screen protector should take care of protecting said screen and hopefully it’s not an issue. Summary: 4 stars because of the shortcomings listed, but as the review title says, overall I’m happy with my purchase.
