All parts are ok , practical , When I am trying to clip the phone to the Holster , Clip very hard to take the phone , we need to use two hands to clip it on . Or you clip it before you clip the phone & Holster before you clip it to your belt . You may drop it off few times till you got it . Other wise everything looks ok .

I like this case, it’s not bulky but so far it has done a better job protecting my phone than a $100 case I had purchased. The case itself is holding up well, I’ve had it for about a month now and I carry it my pocket, I do not use the belt clip holder because that thing is flimsy.

After reading other reviews I decided this was the one to buy and I great choice I made. Now buy a screen protector for your phone because this does not come with one. All and all of course I am not going to purposely drop it but feels pretty sturdy.

We ordered 2 phone cases (sent the other one back) and my husband chose this one for all the features and he likes the swivel clip so when it is on his belt and it hits something it just swivels and not fall off. It has a texture on the case for added grip and it is lightweight. Only had it a month, so time will tell if it holds up.

really like the light weight durable case, the only thing I don’t like is the piece that covers the button to turn screen off makes it very difficult to do , have to press really hard in order to do.....

I got it recently, tried to register online, but had a lot of difficulty with the site. The next week, the belt clip failed. I called today, they lady on the other end of the line was very accommodating with getting me a replacement. She also put a note so someone will call me to make sure the registration went through. I thought it was going to be an unhappy experience, but the customer service made it all good.
