Only had it for a week and it seems that it is a sturdy case and will protect the phone well. It does not have much of a texture to help hold on to it. No drops yet or at least not more than a few inches and no damage has occurred.

This is my favorite type of phone case. I love the color combinations and the feel of the the case: not so smooth it’s slippery, but slides in and out of a purse or pocket without resistance. It wraps up above the screen to protect it if it’s dropped.

Pros: - Beautiful color - Fits iPhone 8 well - Protects entire camera and screen - Easy to get on and off - Covered buttons feel very authentic Cons: - SLIPPERY. Feels like soft silk. Which sounds great but if I keep dropping it, it makes the whole point of using a case for protection moot. Unfortunately I’m going to need to find a replacement, which is a shame since it’s otherwise a perfect case.
