Really love the look of this case but was worried about breaking my phone if I wanted to change the case up. Read some other reviews that this case is hard to get off and that they broke or damaged peoples phones. I was thinking I was going to have that problem also but discovered that this case is actually 2 pieces and that by taking off the outer case first it is easily removed.

Have had this for a few months. Dropped over a dozen times and still holds my cards and has not broken. I have a drivers license, costco card, debit card and one of those metal credit cards. Very happy with purchase and recommend.

I love these cases, I had a pink one for my Gold XS max. I was happy to see that they have this fit for IPhone 11 that I now have. I love these cases. I love the heart & deserves my rating. I actually know how sturdy it is because when I dropped my IPhone XS max, it protected it very well, even though the case got scratched. I was sad about that but I am so happy they continued making this and if I upgrade again, I hope they have them for the next Iphone.

The case is really cute and seems to be pretty durable as I have dropped my phone several times and I have no cracks or anything. The one thing I have noticed though is that my phone seems to get hot sometimes while in the case. Not 100% sure that is the cases issue though
