UPDATE** this case is highly durable and has saved my phone so many times in the last year and half that I would highly recommend this case many people don’t even realize that there is a card compartment in the back, Which is nice for add security. 12/15/2020 this case i bought for an S10+ it is amazing! one downside to this product is that you do have to take the case off to wireless charge the phone which i do when i sleep there have been a couple of times that my phone has dropped from my waist on a non-cement floor and the case has done amazing. i would highly recommend this case to anyone.

  2. This is the one

After trying two other card cases I ordered the Vena Galaxy S10 Plus Wallet Case and it is the one. It has a sturdy case and an easy to use card slot arrangement. Whereas one of the other card cases was too hard to retrieve a credit card from the case and the other was too bulky, the Vena wallet case achieves a great balance between protection, credit card convenience, size and the ability to use the case as a stand for the phone. Nevertheless, the ease with with you can retrieve a credit card is my favorite feature. The credit card is held securely but is easily retrieved with thumb action. I currently carry a credit card, drivers license and cash in the slot and it is not too tight. The Vena advertises that the case can be used with a magnetic car mount but I have not yet tested that since it works fine with my non-magnetic vent-mounted phone mount.

  3. Love this case! ADJUSTED TO HOLD 4 CARDS!
    Rating

I had this case for my Galaxy S7 and loved it. I was very excited to see that it was available for the Galaxy S10 Plus. Just like I did with my S7 case, I adjusted this one to hold 4 cards easily. 1. Carefully separate the plastic from the silicone. 2. Use a razor blade or exacto, cut out the silicone under where the cards go. 3. Put the case back together. 4. Put the case on the phone. I put a bill, like a $20, under the case to protect the phone’s finish when getting cards in and out.

  4. Nice compact case
    Rating

This case is exactly what I wanted. It is very nice compact case with enough space to keep your cards discretely. I put in 2 cash bills (for emergency), personal credit card, corporate credit card, bank debit card and driver’s license. This is the limit for the case before it will start bulging out. I hardly use cash and my debit card is also used very rarely. So I could do without these. I wanted to check how far I can go and found that I can keep all these items without any issue. The texture of the material used in this case feels good to touch. With all the cards and cash in the case, the phone feels a bit heavy to hold (especially compared to the sleek feel of the bare S10+), but personally I don’t mind it as a trade-off for the convenience of having everything together. If it bothers me too much, I will remove the debit card and one of the cash bills.

  7. Best wallet case I have found for the iPhone 8 Plus (UPDATED AFTER 2ND CASE PURCHASE)
    Rating
    100%
I had spent the last 3 years nursing an old iPhone 6, dreading the day I’d have to replace my trusted case. I used an Otterbox commuter wallet case, and it changed the way I carried my personal items several years ago. I kept my ID, debit card, insurance card, and a metal plate in the wallet portion, the metal plate being used to activate the magnetic mount in my car. I knew other wallet cases were out there, but couldn’t find one I liked...either they didn’t hold enough, or they weren’t protective enough, or they were just straight up ugly. I saw this case and immediately filed it in the realm of “maybe” cases in my brain, if I ever needed to change phones. Well, my battery started to fizzle out on the old phone, and it would be cheaper just to get a new one than replace the battery. So I began the hunt again. After about a week of scouring on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, overstock, etc., I finally settled on this one. I was supremely disappointed, as my initial hope was that I waited long enough before searching that Otterbox would have designed a new commuter wallet. Alas, ‘twas not to be. There just aren’t enough wallet options that also provide great drop protection for the iPhone 8+. Most of them seemed to expose your cards or rely on silicone to hold them in place using friction, which I don’t care for. However, I’m ECSTATIC at the performance of this case by Vena. I don’t have to carry the metal plate anymore, since the rear flap is already magnetic. It works flawlessly with the mounts in my cars. The magnetic closure is also quite strong, and doesn’t just flop open, ever. I’m able to keep all 3 of my original cards, plus one extra card or 2 or 3 folded bills, before it starts to get too tight. The cards are recessed into the case, which means they can’t just fall out. This only adds minimal bulk to the back of the phone, but it was already something I was accustomed to, having used a similar case on my previous phone. I haven’t dropped it yet, so I’ll update this review if that ever occurs with results on how the phone was protected. That being said, the corners could probably use some extra cushioning, and it would be nice if the front bezel was raised a bit higher, to protect the face and edges of the screen a bit better when it’s been set screen-down on a surface. All in all it’s a great case and I have already gotten a few compliments on it when pulling out my card to pay at various places, since it’s got a nice clean design on top of being functional. Vena, the next model should include better corner bumpers and a higher face bezel. Other than that, you guys knocked it out of the park. You’ve earned my business and advocacy. Edit: after months of heavy use, I replaced the original case with an identical one. Several drops revealed no glaring weaknesses in device protection, and I haven’t cracked the screen. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. 🤙🏼

  8. Looking for a "Rugged", yet simple "Wallet case", with basic "Stand" capability for your iPhone 7 Plus? Look no further.
    Rating
    100%
I bought this phone case, even though I had another case for my iPhone 7 Plus, because I had started looking for iPhone cases with card-holding capability (and something with other capabilities, like a phone-stand etc.), and found this option to be one of the most highly recommended/well-rated case. TL;DR: No doubt this has such great ratings on Amazon! I am very happy that I chose to buy this case for my iPhone 7 Plus!! I have been using this case since I bought it about 11 months ago, until now, and have been very happy with it, knowing that I don’t have to carry my wallet anymore, especially when I want to carry less items in my pocket (like, when going to bars or nearby restaurants, going to a friend’s place etc.). The case can carry 2 cards (a credit card and a driver’s license) and some cash (maybe 4-5 notes). This case may not be the best-looking case out there, but it is extremely tough and rugged, such that it protects your phone from most of your casual drops, and some really rough accidents. It surely protects the corners and the rear-side without any damage. To give an example, once while riding my bike, I had mounted my iPhone (while in this case) to my bike and it fell off the mount when the road got bumpy. The phone rolled some distance along with the bike on the unpaved/gravel road, until finally it was stuck between the rear-tire and the gravel road. Not a single hit or scratch to my iPhone was caused, while the cover got a little scraped off (See image). My point is, your phone is safe in this case. Note that I have a tempered glass screen protector on my iPhone, but this case still does, what it is supposed to do, well. Even though the case has a wallet, it may not carry all your items. As mentioned above, if you carry just a couple cards and some cash (no coins), it does the job perfectly! But if you need more cash, it may not fit in this case, or may add some bulk to it. Lastly, the case on the rear-side alternately acts as a stand for your phone. It can be really useful if you want to use your phone at a more flat angle than a vertical one. In my experience, the multi-level adjustments are not super useful at most times, as the magnet is slightly weaker than required to retain these adjustments properly. Without comparing with any other wallet case (since I have not bought any other wallet case), I would give it the following ratings: Looks (Bulkiness, Elegance):- 2.5/5 iPhone-Stand (Stability, Adjustments):- 3.5/5 Wallet (Carrying capacity, ease-of-use, Light-weight, Protects your cards/cash):- 4.0/5 Ruggedness/Protects your Phone: 4.75/5

  9. Best wallet case I’ve had.
    Rating
    100%
I purchased this case because I wanted one that would hold my drivers license and 2 cards. I was also able to fit my insurance card in there as well, though it is thinner. I don’t think you would be able to fit more than a drivers license and 2 cards and maybe another thinner card like an insurance card or something, but probably not a third charge card. This case goes above and beyond the average wallet case though, as the flap that covers the card compartment can double as a stand to hold the phone up. Some people might not like that using this feature reveals their cards for the world to see, but honestly these card holders aren’t a secret and while at first glance the flap on the back may look like just a decorative feature, anyone taking more than a cursory glance will realize it’s a wallet case. The flap is sturdy and held on by magnets, which when just sitting idle somewhere or waiting is a lot of fun to just play with, opening it and snapping it closed and feeling the magnetic pull. It’s like one of those stress reliever toys, adding (at least for me) another use to this case. The flap can actually hold the phone at any angle you want almost. You can fold it around itself for a single angle, or if you just fold it in half and fold the end portion up, you can set it to magnetically stick to nearer the top making a more angled stand that aims the phone up a bit. Not that many people will really care about a few degrees of angle available on this little thing, but I find it nice when watching something on my phone while cooking and standing above it for example. The cards are very easy to remove. You just slide them out with your thumb. I’ve had several wallet cases but never had any where it wasn’t a struggle to remove my cards. This one is perfect. It gives you a huge area to get a grip of your cards and just slide them out, and the slight slope to the edge of the compartment makes sliding even the bottom one out easy (though you do need to remove all the other cards first). That is the only drawback. You need to put your cards in order of most used to least used, because you don’t want to be removing all your cards to get to the bottom one very often. The case itself is strong and sturdy. It does have a slight lip over the edge of the phone so it feels very strong, but isn’t too thick. A screen protector will still fit on the phone with this case. It feels thick and sturdy so I have no fear from dropping my phone. It is a lot thicker than some cases, due to the card holder aspect of it so it does increase the thickness of the phone by a good bit. This may be a deal breaker for those who love the iPhone for its sleek profile and slim factor. The cutout for the camera is big enough that it doesn’t effect the camera too much for the casual user. I’m sure those with lots of photography knowledge might notice some kind of lighting issue due to shadows from the thick cutout, but I don’t notice it and I don’t think most people would? The buttons work just fine despite being covered with thick rubber, and the speaker grill cutouts let the sound out as intended. All in all this is one of the best wallet cases I’ve ever had and would highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind making their phone a little thicker to remove the need for a dedicated wallet.
