The clip dont work right

Right from the start, the clip didnt hold onto my belt good, so i just stopped using it that way and put it aside. It was great for propping up stuff though. Today i really needed it to keep my phone on my side, but it just dropped off! i wished the company would send a new one, but its so tough to get stuff replaced on these days, im thinking about stopping using for anything.

I really like it but the only bad thing is theres no spot to put a magnet cause it blocks the hole. Thats just how it looks so its just what i think.
